The Palm Towers Residences is a 52 story luxury hotel and residential development in the heart of Palm Jumeirah. This amazing tower includes a 290 room hotel, spanning 18 floors and 432 luxury residences situated on the floors above.
The priviliged location offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city, attested to by Megarme rope access teams who executed the post-constrcution cleaning of the tower. Megarme utilized a bespoke, engineered access system as an alternative to BMU access.
During the last cleaning cycle (routine cleaning), Megarme deployed a 30-man team of experienced IRATA technicians to complete the cleaning of the external facade of the 200m high structure, taking less than 2 days per elevation and exceeding client expectations.
