Located in the heart of Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Gate Towers (JGT) is a mixed-use development consisting of twin towers, with a built-up area of approximately 225,000 QM and a total height of 300 meters, distributed over 74 stories. The development includes a branded five-star hotel with 182, 469 serviced apartments and 479 residential units. This magnificent building boasts not only one of the most spectacular views of Ain Dubai and Jumeirah Beach Residences but also the world’s tallest infinity pool inside a building.
Megarme has been involved in the project since 2018 with a peak deployment of approximately 40 IRATA rope access technicians performing cladding alignment, gasket rectification, sealant application and post-construction cleaning. The access strategy is unique in regards to the engineered cantilevers system which provided a safe work positioning system in compliance with the IRATA International Code of Practice and its edge management hierarchy.
