Code Of Conduct


Each employee of the organization shall perform his duties in a professional, independent, impartial and honest manner as per our approved methods and procedures.

Report data, test results and other material facts shall be reported in good faith and shall not be manipulated.

The organization shall issue reports and certificates that correctly present the actual findings, professional opinions or results obtained thus respecting local & international ethics and professional standards.

No conflict of interest

The organization shall ensure that any person working for or on its behalf remain free of, or disclose commitments and relationships that involve, or could involve a conflict of interest.

Ethical Business operation and confidentiality

The operations of the company will be conducted in the best interest of the business and the parties involved. The organization shall prohibit the offer or acceptance of any form of bribe.

The organization shall prohibit the use of any routes or channels for provision of improper benefits to, or receipt of improper benefits from, customers, agents, contractors, suppliers, or employees of any such party or government officials.

The organization shall respect the confidentiality the of business and personal information to the extend that such information is not available to third parties or in the public domain.

Respect for all Individuals

The organization places a high value on respect for all employees. We respect employees as individuals and appreciate the unique contributions they can make individually or as a team to our business. Likewise, we expect employees to treat others with respect in all aspects of their working relationships.We respect differences, care about others and do not discriminate against others on race, ethnic origin, age, sex or religious and political beliefs.

Social and Environmental responsibility

The organization shall ensure we are friends of the communities in which we are doing business by complying with the law and acting in the right spirit to preserve and protect the environment.

The employees of the organization shall take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by what they do or do not do.

The employees of the organization shall behave in a disciplined, responsible and civilised manner at the work site and report to work in clean uniforms/ work clothes/ PPE which will promote a professional image of our organization.
